Ordering, Shipping & Privacy Policy

Our main goal is to provide you with quality products and  100% customer satisfaction. To that extent we do have to make some policies as follows:

If you do not receive acknowledgement of your order within 24 hours please e-mail us immediately.

All, in stock, orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours via U.S. Priority Mail.  You will receive a separate email containing the tracking number for your order via USPS.

We do not accept credit cards for any orders being sent outside the continental United States. If you wish to have something shipped internationally a money order or bank check must be received prior to actual shipping of merchandise. International shipping charges, including Canada, will be dependent on weight of shipment and insurance.

If a problem occurs with an order, you must have authorization prior to returning.  Shipping charges are not refundable. A 10% fee will be charged on returns, no exceptions.  Orders that have been charged to a credit card and canceled, will be assessed a 5% fee.

Secure Ordering

Grammie utilizes a secure shopping cart for online ordering.  All credit card  and PayPal transactions are conducted on secure servers for your protection.   You can tell it is a secure server if you see a or a at the bottom of  your browser.  You can also be assured  that it is a secure server when the url address begins with https://.

Grammie M's Collectibles is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way. The information will only be used between you and Grammie M's to communicate or conduct business.
